Example: enquiries from this website
The server stores each enquiry and queues the full message for email delivery. Telegram receives only a short notification with the enquiry ID and a link to a private dashboard. There I can read the request, check delivery statuses and retry a failed send.
Acceptance and notification delivery are tracked separately: an email or Telegram failure does not mean the stored enquiry has been lost.

This example uses a Python backend. Other tasks may suit a script or an n8n or Make workflow. The choice depends on the services, processing rules and who will maintain the result.

A basic bot excludes CRM, payments and an admin panel. Hosting, API usage and paid subscriptions are agreed and billed separately. AI replies can be wrong; important decisions need a clear way for a person to review them.

Questions
Can you connect any service?
First I check whether it offers a suitable API or another supported way to exchange data. Availability and third-party costs are agreed separately.
Will an AI bot always answer correctly?
No. A model can make mistakes or misunderstand a request. We can limit topics, hand questions to a person and check replies against agreed examples.
What is included in a basic Telegram bot?
Up to three agreed scenarios. CRM, payments and an admin panel are outside the basic scope.
How long will it take?
Timing depends on the workflow, access and testing. I will estimate it after clarifying the scope and before work begins.
Describe the process
